The registration process:
- You must have a retail store to register.
- Art of Cloth must approve your account before you can access the site.
- You will receive a welcome email once approved.
Minimum Orders:
- No Minimums. on in stock inventory and web specials.
- All other items have a minimum quantity of 3 for any given style and colorway.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. NO COD TERMS. First-time customers must pay with a credit card. All credit card information must be submitted at the time of ordering; however, your credit card will be charged upon shipping.
Net 30 terms may be established with approved credit references, which indicate that invoices are paid in 30 days.
NSF checks will result in a $30.00 charge. Overdue accounts are subject to a monthly charge of 2% plus reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.
Returns
Please inspect your garments carefully immediately upon receipt. All damaged items must be reported within 10 days. Please contact our studio at 440-708-1116 to request an RA #. Returns are accepted on damaged items only. Returns will be repaired or replaced.
Each Art of Cloth garment is individually handmade expressly for you by our skilled studio artisans. No two pieces are exactly alike. Beauty marks, such as dye speckles and print marks, are characteristic of our unique surface design processes.
