shipping and returns
We do our best to ship your orders promptly!
Once an order is placed, we usually ship it out that day or the next day.
High volume times like sales and holidays may take a little longer, but rest assured we will get your order to you as fast as we can.
Please keep in mind we are here Monday–Friday, so weekend orders are packed and shipped on the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday.)
We will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground, at our discretion.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
We spend the weekends and holidays with our families and pets, so please only count actual business days when calculating your order’s arrival.

Art of Cloth is happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed and has all tags attached.

Once we receive your package your refund will be processed using the original form of payment within five business days, minus the shipping fees. (If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll pay for shipping the new item, as long as it’s of equal or greater value.)
Art of Cloth is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Buying early guarantees that you will receive both the size and color your prefer. We are a small company, and we make small runs of garments, so this cannot be taken for granted. We do not plan specific discounts ahead of time, and instead operate nimbly based on what we have in stock, and this changes daily. There is no guarantee that we will ever discount a specific item. Thus, waiting for an item to go on sale to purchase it, necessarily allows for the risk that there will be size and color limitations. So, to be fair to all our customers, we cannot offer price adjustments on previous orders.
